This is (was) my first buy here. Ordered Nikon 105mm f2.8 Macro and Sigma EM-140 ring flash on Saturday night (30-May-2009), received a mail on 31st to provide some identity proof which I emailed immediately. Received an email before 1st evening and was able track the order on FedEx website; received the stuff well packed before 3rd evening. Couple of hundred dollars cheaper than local shops here, excellent service and (very) quick delivery.

Ordered Nikon teleconvertor on 8th May, in my hands on 16th. Well packed and in perfect condition. Best price on the web and as a bonus, no import duty ! Will certainly be looking here again when I next need photo equipment. Thanks guys, great job.

Ordered a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 IS USM and Hoya Pro 1 DMC UV filter on the Thursday and it arrived on Monday. Being located outside of Aberdeen, its rare to see that sort of turnaround even with UK originated orders. Prompt order confirmation, processing status updates and shippment tracking let me easily monitor progress. Fantastic price makes Canon's recent lens price rises more affordable. No import duty. If there had been, then choice of FedEx means these would have just been invoiced rather than payed on delivery at doorstep (as with some couriers). I was a bit wary about buying overseas, but with this experience and level of service has dimissed any doubts. I know where I will be buying my lenses and accessories from now on.

I was quite sceptical about buying from Hong-Kong because of duties and tax, and scams, but once I was assured that it could be reclaimed if charged I gave it a go and was stunned at how quickly the items were dispatched, all very well packaged. Their certification with Ebay and other trading standards gave them even more credibility and assurance. Also had very prompt replies from the sales teams when I had a question and can't wait to get more stuff from this company!

EOS 50D took seven days from order to delivery, that includes a question from Onestop about the bank transfer which delayed things by a day at least. Excellent service as usual, got to be the best online supplier for the photographer.

Perfect transaction in every way. I fully recommend one stop digital will use this company in the future, if only all companies operated as well as one stop digital, prices are perfect, delivery very fast and well packaged. Responded to my questions quickly and gave me all the information I could ever need. All I can say is these guys are great a breath of fresh air!!! ordered a 11-16 mm tonika lens and 2 hoya filters could not get it anywhere not only did it arrive in 4 days it was over £100 cheaper than any were else !!!.

Have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about buying from outside the UK but my fears were soon allayed. Ordered the grip on 25/2/09, arrived first thing 3/3/09. Really impressed by the quality of service and speed of delivery. Highly recommended.

Wow what a great internet company to deal with. Ordered the product on the 4th February - recieved an in use on 10th of February (6 days from Hong kong) how do they do that. Received an email to tell me of dispatch with a number to track the package online. More companies should follow there example as excellent web traders. Thanks for the great service. Absolutely thrilled with the service and price I received. Shipping was fast and emails are answered in a timely manor. I will be buying a lot more gear from this site, as the prices are better than the UK, for the same products.

I was nervous about ordering from Hong Kong but I neddn't have been. I placed the order on Thursday evening and the postman delivered it on Tuesday morning in perfect condition. The price was very competitive, even beating a second hand lens on Ebay. I'll be back.
