Just wanted to say many thanks for your excellent product enquiry emails & subsequent ordering service. 2 items ordered. Despatched Friday 29th June '07. One sent via Fedex, the other HK Post, both items arrived Monday 2nd July. Fantastic service & again many thanks.

I ordered the Sigma on Friday and because of the bank transfer times it was shipped the following Friday. It arrived in the UK the next Monday, which was brilliant. Some UK firms take weeks to deliver. You answered all my queries within hours, and the overall value of the lens was brilliant. Thanks a lot.

I ordered the lens for my Sony A100. 6 days from order to delivery. Top service at prices that can't be beat! Just wish the free filter was on offer at the time, but you can't have it all. Highly recommended.

Just had to let you know how pleased I am with the service you have given me. I placed the order on 26th April and the lens arrived on the morning of the 30th April. It really made my birthday. For anyone hesitating about buying I can only say I received very good communication, fast delivery, at good price and it arrived well packed. What more can you ask for? Very pleased with my purchase of Canon lens, far cheaper than any other site visited, with excellent fast delivery, ordered on 14/04/07 recieved 18/04/07 - just 2 working days! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have recently purchased 2 lenses from your website directly (i.e. not via e-bay). I would just like to say what a pleasure! Not only are you the cheapest place I could find but I can be sure of what I get and how much I am paying for it with your free delivery etc.. In this case, it really does feel like free delivery, not bumped prices + free delivery. In fact, the second of the lenses arrived after just 3 days from despatch. That's a whole week quicker than the UK supplier I was going with could get stock in! AND, they were 10% more expensive, plus p&p incidentally. My only disappointment now is thinking back to the amount of cash I have paid unnecessarily for kit from other suppliers previsouly ... we live & learn eh? **** VERY IMPRESSIVE & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ****

I am simply amazed at the quality of your service Thank you. I ordered my 10-22mm Canon lens on Sunday and it arrived by FEDEX on Wednesday and there was no import duty. This is better service than many UK-based firms. Whats more I have saved a lot of money by ordering through you. I have just returned from Hong Kong where I bought a flashgun in Nathan Road. However I don't think I got anywhere near as good a deal as if I had ordered it over the Internet from you. I will use you again and recommend you to my friends

As a professional photographer I strive to have the best equipment at the best prices, this normally means poor service - until I found OneStopDigital. They know how a business should be run, friendly, helpful and always ready to go that extra mile for its customers. I now make regular purchases from them, and will continue to do so. They offer a good value service with speedy and safe delivery to the UK. It would be nice if everyone online or not offered the sort of customer service you do, Keep up the good work.
