I bought a Nikon D70 from Onestop-Digital through Ebay on the 4th of February 2005. They contacted me the next day to arrange payment (which I did through Paypal). The camera was shipped the next working day and I was provided a tracking number so I could follow the parcel to Belgium. Onestop Digital also provided an invoice to declare the camera. When I mailed them I always received an anwser within 24h. So nothing but positive comments for Onestop-Digital!

I was very happy with the purchase of my Nikon D70 through the ebay auction 3862663021. The transaction was very smooth and at all times I was kept up to date with what was happening. When the item arrived in the UK there was an error made by Parcel Force and the tracking number supplied was registering the item as delivered. I notified Fai about this and within 8 hours I had been given a response giving me full details of what had happened to the package and who to contact. It is hard to find this kind of service in the commercial retail world let alone on ebay.

Prompt and speedily deilvery, the camera was with me four days after ordering and was in great condition. Communication was excellent throughout and the online parcel tracking system ensured my peace of mind whilst waiting for arrival. All of this at a great place means I have nothing but recommendations.
